No Run, No Task Manager, No Registry, No Cmd , No Msconfig

If u are a regular internet and computer user... i bet u have encountered such a situation where you have no access to registry, run, task manager, command prompt and even no Folder option.
I guess you might have tried scanning the computer for viruses, and may b you got it also.... have u resolved the virus'es side effect? IF still those features of windows are not accessible then probably you still have virus in ur PC. SO what to do? FOrmat is the answer most of the people gets.

But for me format due to virus is a last option for me. If i have such a problem i would rather use the following tools in safe mode before formatting. If no avail, then still ill try to find other way round.
Well first let me tell you which virus causes the above mentioned problem, they are:

isetup.exe
kinza.exe
scvvhsot.exe
ssvichosst.exe

so if you ever find these files in any drive delete it immediately.

SO the solution of the above virus is below. I would not say it will definitely clean it 100%, but till now the result is from 85% to 95% success.
So download these files and run them in Safe mode ( press F8 before loading the windows)

File 2
File 3
File 4
File 5
Then For Folder Option
File 6
( select restore option )

Remember this all has to be done in safe mode.
